So today I had Subway for lunch and it was a huge victory for me! I got a 6-inch instead of a footlong, Umm yay!
Then I got wheat bread instead of the cheese bread. Double yay!
And third, I got diet soda instead of regular soda. And yes I know, I know soda is not really great either way, but for me this is a huge huge victory! And eventually I will be able to cut out soda completely, I just have to take it one step at a time.
