Congratulations! Isn't it funny how we track the changes (weight loss), but we did not track the changes (weight gain). We were probably just complacent and in denial about "the fact that our clothes were a little tight" or "we needed to lose a few pounds".

I can not believe it, in 7 weeks I have lost 36.5 lbs and 7 inches. I am so happy and surprised at how easy it has been. Every time I step on the scale and it is less than the last time I just feel overwhelmed. It is amazing. Spark tracking is the best solution to weight loss it really keeps you accountable.
