You are SOOO right. If you don't track it, you don't even think about what you have had. OK, I had snacks, but they were healthy. Right. But even if they were only 100 calories each, that adds up when you eat several different ones. Hardest thing for me to learn was just because it is low calorie does not mean you can have as much as you want!
Keep on tracking, and watch that goal weight get closer!
