I did it!
So I am on my 5th day of movement (20-30 min a day) Some days I've walked 1-2.5 miles and some I've done body weight work outs.
I'm on my second day of food tracking!
I know this all sounds so little but I haven't had a true food tracking day in 5 years ish. And have walked on and off but nothing steady. The last 6 months or so I had just given up while finishing my degree. Its taken me over a month to get to this point. I signed up the second week of Jan and didn't even log one day. If I eat junk food I just don't want to see it on my tracker so I don't track. But yesterday I tracked EVERYTHING (even the bad) and today I've tracked what I ate and what I am planing to eat.
I'm working on most my positive self talk, and baby steps instead of drastic over hulls.
