I'm celebrating right now because I decided to eat smart during the Super Bowl -- despite the temptations. I went out to brunch today, and have tracked those calories.
Rule: I'm only ate something homemade. I ate about four chips. I had a generous helping of homemade pineapple salsa, some pulled pork, and four wings. I skipped the bread (it's store-bought anyway.) Skipping the alcohol -- I have work tomorrow anyway.
I'm satisfied. So I'm brushing my teeth, applying my facial mask, and painting my nails while watching the game. Plus, I have a liter of water to kill any remaining cravings.
