My stomach doesn't stick out as much, but I wouldn't say baggy, probably gonna be 15+ lbs before I notice any real bagging. Can't happen soon enuff in my opinion. I'll just keep at it day by day.. Celebrate even the smallest victories. It's all we can do. Xoxo

I am super psyched. I began my process on November 4th 2013. I began doing the Daily 10 minutes fitness challenge/Spark Streak. Now I'm up to 45 to 50 minute workouts about five to six times a week! Tracking all my food and fitness in the spark trackers..I know everybody can do as well as they hoped to achieve and the sky's the limit!
