My stomach doesn't stick out as much, but I wouldn't say baggy, probably gonna be 15+ lbs before I notice any real bagging. Can't happen soon enuff in my opinion. I'll just keep at it day by day.. Celebrate even the smallest victories. It's all we can do.

I am super psyched. I began my process on November 4th 2013. I began doing the Daily 10 minutes fitness challenge/Spark Streak. Now I'm up to 45 to 50 minute workouts about five to six times a week! Tracking all my food and fitness in the spark trackers..I know everybody can do as well as they hoped to achieve and the sky's the limit!
Let's all get excited about a healthy New Year.
