I am super psyched. I began my process on November 4th 2013. I began doing the Daily 10 minutes fitness challenge/Spark Streak. Now I'm up to 45 to 50 minute workouts about five to six times a week! Tracking all my food and fitness in the spark trackers..I know everybody can do as well as they hoped to achieve and the sky's the limit!
