Congrats, MELISSAJOY!
That was a huge goal of mine: to actually set foot and use the gym which I had been paying for (a "lifetime" mbrshp) yet not using.
What a great milestone it was, and I know it was for YOU!
Revel in your accomplishment - you can do it!

PS: a nice hot shower or Jacuzzi after will go a long way to lessen the soreness!

I have been procrastinating starting an exercise program, finding every excuse I could. Today, I joined a gym and promptly had my first workout session. The first one in several years! I am so proud (and so tired)!
