A couple of weeks ago, my BF told me he noticed how my body has changed since we've started dating over a year ago (more definition, less squishy bits, etc). I figured there had been some change but he was probably exaggerating. The conversation was about our different workout regimes.
Then last night, my roommate, who I've lived with for about 1.5 years, asked me about my workout routines because she had noticed how good my body has been looking. I haven't really lost weight, just inches since I've been doing strength training and intense cardio sessions. So if she noticed, something must have changed!
