Yesterday before my meeting I had about 45 minutes and instead of going in sitting down I took a brisk walk. That's really good for me!

Yesterday I ate well, went to see my trainer, worked and then measured my tracker steps when I got home. When it was below 10,000 steps I got on my stationary bike and reached over 10,000. It was a woohoo moment because I was tired and could have just sat on the couch and watched TV. Instead I watched it while pushing the pedal.
