It's a small start, but more than I've done. Today is day 1 and even though it's not even noon I feel so much better that I've finally figured out how I want to change things up. I've been on SP several times before with no success but this time is going to be a success. I started out this morning, finally had a decent night's sleep (I have a 6 month old and 3 year old) with baby only waking up 1 time to eat. I've been drinking water and my short term goals starting out are:
Drink plenty of water no pop/junk food do zumba every day (xbox)
I used to weigh myself daily and I'd be happy when I saw a few ounces go away at atime. This time, I'm going to just weigh in every Wednesday morning (Take toddler to therapy so I have to be up) so I can set a certain time to do that every week.
Please add me as a friend as I know the further I go along I iwll need more support. I need ideas for snacks after a workout/ in between meals.
