That's great!! Way to go! I know it's a lot of hard work! I cannot wait to be there! But like you said if I workout then weigh and see a lower number, even if it's higher the next time, I know I can get to that weight! It's encouraging!

Stepped on the scale this AM and could not believe my eyes, 118.8! That puts me at 24.7 BMI and into the Healthy weight category for the first time since I started my journey. I don't think I have been in this range for at least 15 years. I will probably be back up to 120 tomorrow, but at least now I know can get below 120. I was starting to think I never would. I've be hovering for several months now. I am so excited! Still have a long way to go to get to my goal weight, but I think I can stop taking my BP meds. I think my doctor will be happy to see my progress.
