What a lovely dilemma! Another option would be to pick a range, say 125-130, and give yourself a little fluctuation room. Assuming you're of average height, you're at a good healthy weight....not too high or too low. So as long as you're able to stay in your zone and have a good quality of life, the stopping point can be wherever you feel good!
That's really impressive - it doesn't sound at all like you're dieting but that you've managed to find a true eating habit/healthy change for your life. That's awesome.
The only thing that I would think is that when you're losing weight, you're in a deficit of the amount of calories you need. I think, but I could be wrong, that you might have to adjust your calories by increasing them slightly so you no longer have that deficit.

In my get healthy and lose weight endeavors, my original goal weight was 135 lbs. Not for any particular reason, but I had remembered being there once in high school and being satisfied with myself. So 25 lbs come and gone and I hit 135. I was still trying to figure out the maintenance thing, so I continued to do what I was doing and kept losing, so I made my new goal 130. Then, I hit 130. I stuck around 130/131 for a few weeks, so I figured that's just where I would stay. Again, I continued to do what I was doing, but started losing again. As of today, I am down to 126. I'm at the point where I'm not sure if I should just keep up what I'm doing and let my body plateau naturally, or choose a weight and try to stay there. By no means do I feel deprived. I actually feel pretty comfortable maintaining what I'm doing.
