I think it is wonderful to have the challenges.
Competing with myself is the challenge.
Motivating myself is the challenge.
So I am so happy you have found ways to get yourself achieving your goals.
This week I am using the activity tracker but I am not getting the ten minute bursts of activity so my challenge for the rest of this week is to get at least my ten minute bursts of activity twice a day. I could not have known I wasn't doing it because I had no way to track it before.
So be encouraged. Loosing and keeping off 40 pounds is really something!
