For breakfast: Greek yogurt, diced cantaloupe, and diced honeydew melon. Today I did them in a blender, but often I'll have yogurt and just throw fresh fruit on top the old-fashioned way. :)
For lunch: tilapia filet and a sweet potato with margarine and cinnamon.
For dinner: cup of chicken noodle soup with whole wheat crackers (I was cold!), and a mixed greens salad with tomatos, cucumbers, grilled chicken, and lite raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Snacks during the day:
Chobani Key Lime flip (amazing--try it!)
Slimfast peanut butter crunch time snack bar (tastes EXACTLY like a Butterfinger, but only 100 calories!)
