After much stress at work and in my personal life...I have managed to continue meeting my goals as far as my food and water goes while still allowing myself a few big-ish treats! lol
I didn't meet my workout goals but I still managed to lose 1 lb and 6 oz after only working out (officially anyways) 1x last week. I have now lost a total of 8 lbs!!
I also re-measured for the first time since I started and was so happy with my results:
Waist--- 2 1/2 inches
Hips--- 1 inch
Thigh--- 1/2 of an inch
Upper Arm--- 3/4 of an inch
I can't believe how much I have lost and how far I have come in 5, going on 6 weeks!!
