I know this is a small success, but I wanted to share. I have been overweight for many years my weight ranging from 265-275 and I have tried various things over the years to lose the weight (never really stuck with any of them) with no real success and I am happy to report that this morning I have weighed in at 258. I thought I would NEVER get out of the 260s. I know that overall this is a small accomplishment, but for me it is HUGE. It just shows me that I CAN do this and I am on the right track.
