Just came back to Spark. Have been losing weight but not tracking and have been at a standstill for the last month. By tracking this week, I have been able to finally move forward and lost a 1.2 lbs this week. So far, since I started dieting just after I reached my top weight back on 11/15/12 of 249 lbs, I have lost 58.6 lbs and currently weight 190.4 I have 50.4 lbs to go to reach my goal of 140 lbs.
What doesn't kill you will make you stronger
I may fall down, then I get back up, brush myself off, and get back into the race.
