Thankfully I'm retired so i can adjust my fitness schedule. If I were still teaching, I'd have to forego my preferred outdoor walking and pool workout after supper due to the lightning storms. But I Can get up and out early in the morning now and get both in before the blistering sun ramps up. And I am.
