I know this is kind of a small thing but today my friend and I took a 3 mile walk around the lake. I work overnight on Monday's so usually I like to sleep as late as possible and then lounge around before going to work. But today my friend stopped over to pick me up and we exercised! We are both pretty out of shape but we walked 3.1 miles in 90 minutes.
We are planning on doing this again Sunday, but we'll make two laps around for 6 miles. We are excited to make this at least a once a week thing and we're going to time ourselves to see how our time improves as we get into shape.
