Great job!!!!! I try to remind myself to not just focus on scale because sometimes it doesn't move steadily, last week I remeasured since January as I was stuck on the scale and I felt so much better when I saw I had its 8 inches from my waist since January ! So the scale is nit the only measure and I try not to worry too much snout it but it is a struggle not to ! Keep it up !!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was my woo hoo moment. I have been struggling to get under the 180's for 4 weeks. I would get to 179 then bounce back up to 181 then back down to 180, then 179 then back to 181 again. Well, yesterday I got 176. Woo Hoo!
