I have been doing this programe for about 3 weeks now, I have had only one slip up day that I totally trashed, and I have been enjoying better health, more energy and feeling great!! I exercised today at the gym for forty-five minutes, and chose to walk to town instead of driving. I am maintaining my weight cause I am within my range. Thanks Spark People for my new way of life and the encouragement to follow through. emoticon
