Good for you! I am trying to work back up to my previous running time without stopping as much to walk. You did really great time and mileage and motivate me to work harder! Keep it up! :)

I went for a run tonight, the longest in quite awhile.

It was scheduled for a 2.5 mile run, but I started off about thirty seconds faster than my regular mile time (11:30 instead of 12), so I had to take a two minute walking break when I hit the first mile. Then I had to take a short walking break a little bit later. All together, the walking breaks were about .08 miles. Sooooo . . . I ended up doing 2.59 miles to make up for the walking breaks. It took 31:27.

I then found out from my Garmin that it was a new distance record! emoticon

All around, a good run. Kind of a small accomplishment, but I just wanted to share. emoticon
