It's Pedicure time today!!!
New weight is 134 pounds- just past 135- woot!!!!
Original weight 164. Started 3 years ago.
Most recently since I've been getting more involved slowly with sparkpees, I've been on a kick of better eating and moving my ass and breathing deeply with some kick-Apple :) Yoga sessions a few times a day.
I've been journaling more about my foodchoices, and feelings on my android - though I sure do wish sparkpeople allowed blogging on the phone. all in good time they will catch up.
It's been a great month. My energy is good. Healing is finally going well. Answers are coming quickly (finally). and the pain since my car accident when I was rear ended a year ago, I am learning to live with and use the energy in productive ways. Sleep when necessary - move it when I can. It's all about re-evaluating choices.
Pedi at 2pm with my sexy dh. I want sexy flowers on my big toes!
Next goal is 130 pound set for 6 weeks out!

did I say love?! - not feeling full.
I absolutely am amazed that I can now hear my body speak to me about hunger -
"hey hand - i'd like to have an apple now - with some almond butter please. "
"hey sexy wrist that can now be wrapped by that thumb and forefinger of yours - i'd like you to put down that gardenburger and beer and initiate some convo, so you can hear that i'm feeling about 90% full, and you can quit feeding me, and enjoy the company of your sweet 22 year old birthday boy (last night!) and wonderful husband (of 30 years).
"hey mouth - wow that nutella cheesecake was *a*m*a*z*i*n*g* and you could sing it's praises all night. why ruin it with more than one bite?!"
Enjoying Life to it's sweetest is easy, when you can hear the laughter of others - rather than your own chomping and smooey-fatty (albeit flavorful) goo in your mouth.
