I'm so excited because I've lost the most weight during 3 weeks of 14 final exams! Needless to say it's a stressful busy time, but I've been eating right almost every day and letting myself indulge only when I knew I really really wanted something!
Trust me its so easy to fall into the "I'll go back to eating healthy after finals" and eat 10,000 calories while I study 24/7 on very little sleep!
I know that my weight will flux from here some because I've lost pretty fast these last 3 weeks, but I still feel really good about my progress :)

- lose 4 lbs
- daily stretches
- 10 mins exercise a day
- eat a fruit after every meal
- eat 1 salad a day!
