Well, this is my first day of my new fitter, healthier lifestyle and I must say, it's not too shabby so far!
I woke up at 6.45am, it's now almost 10.30am. I've had weetabix and skimmed milk and a probiotic yogurt drink and I've walked 6000 steps already as today I decided to walk to town and back instead of getting the bus! Plus I went to do some food shopping and avoided all the cheap deals on chocolate, crisps and, my weakness, Irn Bru! I'm so proud of me lol.
Only 4 hours into my day and I'm very productive already :)
