Great for you! Tracking WILL get easier as you get used to it. Takes me no time at all now, and I was like you, thinking no way can I fit this in.
Not only did it show me my calories were over, but I was also including too much fat and not nearly enough protein. When I balanced everything out and made better choices, the weight came off.
