it is always good to try new work outs. your body adjusts and can platau if you keep doing the same things over and over. i havn't heard of the canyon ranch videos: i will have to try and look them up.

job getting back in there! If finished Insanity a week ago and that's another great workout. You WILL see results. Keep at it!

Canyon ranch videos can be intense. I'm surpised, and impressed, that you were able to complete half when you haven't even been exercising in a while. Keep up the good work and soon you'll finish the whole workout.

Today I tried the Canyon Ranch sculpting video. I could do about half the video, which felt good because I haven't exercised in weeks.
