Great job! Make sure you take measurements as well. BMI can become very skewed as you build muscle mass. And word of warning, it may slow down a bit as you become closer to your goal. Don't get discouraged. Eyes on the prize.

I set a goal of 10KG weight loss for 3 months (22 pounds).. almost at week 6 and already have lost 22 pounds.. currently at a 21 pound weight loss!

Started this journey at 34.5 BMI, now at 31.7!! Almost out of obese! First goal done in 1 month and a half! Yahoo!

January 2014 - 220
Progress -
End of May 2014 Goal is to be around 185
