I started back on Sparkpeople sometime in January. Since then, I can now sleep on my stomach again comfortably. Before, my poochy stomach would force me to sleep on my side or back. Also, I am no longer winded when I exercise. I used to be able to only do 10 min before getting winded. Now I notice that I walk up the hill to my job without any heavy breathing or panting. Woo hoo!
