I've stayed under 2000 calories for the past three days. THREE DAYS BINGE FREE! I'm "hungry" all the time but I don't want to go back to old habbits. This is only week one and I know that, according to my monthly cycle, week 3 and 4 are really hard. I need to go strong for these first two weeks!
I've had NO SUGAR for these past three days as well. Guys... I'm really happy. I already feel better and I swear I already see a difference in the health of my skin. Little things, eh?
