I've lost 25 lbs since the begging of December and I am so proud of me! In the past 2 months I have worked out at least 5 times a week. I eat healthy and have stopped drinking soda! (the soda thing was a huge problem for me) Every chance I get I walk up and down the stairs, park farther away, dance while cleaning and shopping, and even skipped with my 5 year old from the bus stop and in and out of stores! Fun for her but people might think I'm crazy, lol! I have just had enough of caring what judgmental people think.
Yesterday I even tried to run! Haven't ran a long distance in probably 4 years. Gave myself little goals to reach along the way. I went over a mile:)
And yesterday when i didn't see that scale move in over a week I was very discouraged, so I pushed harder. SO glad I did:) Now on to my next short term goal!
