I just got a Kindlefire for Christmas and made a deal to only watch episodes of a specific show while on my stepper (a professional Star Trac machine from a closed club). I just finished the entire 12 episode first season and each episode is 50 minutes long without commercials since it is an HBO show!
The next step is adding a strength training exercise (then two) each day. I already have a ton more energy. I also plan on going up in level every ten sessions. No idea about weight but I FEEL better and am starting this at 5'8" and 230 pounds.
