I love using sparkpeople because I keep track of my weight and where I'm losing it from. So far I lost an inch from my thigh, a half inch from my arm, an inch from my waist, and 1/2 inch from my booty. My lean body weight went from 97 pounds to 99 pounds so that 2 pounds of muscle gained and I'm at 132 pounds. I'm soooo happy!
I'm such a small person...and it's weird how much a simple 6 pound lost can make a difference. It only took 6 pounds to do all those inch changing (but of course I GAINED 2 pounds of muscle)
I'm just glad I can measure myself other than using the scale..because losing inches sounds more impressive than losing 6 pounds.
