Since I started working with a coach I have been sticking to my workouts and going to the gym 2 to 3 times a week as much as I can. I have been doing a variety of exercises including treadmill, cardio circuit, cross over crunches and crunches with a ball and take a variety of classes including zumba, afro cardio, zumba toning, abs, and boot camp. I do my best to work out every two days but occasionally miss one like today because I was not feeling 100% and having discomfort in my abdomen. However, I will do what I can to go on Wednesday. After one month with the trainer my results are still the same but I hope that eventually I will start to see some improvements. Before I had missed 3 months of not going over the summertime so the coach is helping me to stay accountable which is what I need.
