You are doing it the right way, start out slow and then build on what foundation you already have to be successful. No one wakes up and can run a marathon the next day in record time
Awesome, I recently started jogging/walking too, and those milestones make us feel so great. I can only go 5 mins at a time..but better than 30 sec! You are doing awesome, keep it up!

I have been doing the 5K walk/jog challenge and today I jogged a total of 18 minutes!!! I am so excited to see progress in how long I can go and to think I was only able to go half a block when I started!
