OMG! I was plateauing for 3 weeks and so ready to just throw in the towel.... then I found a downloadable plateau-breaker 2-day-diet and poof!!! Lost 5 lbs in 2 days! It was amazing! I downloaded it from smartersaver.com. It is an all-you-can-eat lower carb plan, but it allows fruit or juice and vegetables in certain portions. I was totally pigging out on shrimp scampi, lobster, steak and I was shocked to get on the scale and see a 5 lb loss in only 2 days! I am back in business now....woohoo!!!
