feeling like maybe i AM going to be able to keep the weight off (and maybe lose some?) over winter... my new plan is to eat a TON of apples. (maybe one before each meal...) and some as snacks... one before bed... ?? not sure.
just gotta buy a bunch at the store. they're in season now anyways.
