I finally got up this morning and started a beginners running program! I am so proud of myself as I always thought I would hate running but it was actually not too bad :) I know that it is only day one but hey, we all have to start somewhere.
I have been thinking of doing it for ages now and just trying to psych myself up to do it and finally this morning I thought: if not today, then when????? SO I got out of bed and did it!
Anyway no replies needed. Just feeling so great I needed to share!
