Thanks, everyone! Today was the 5K and I finished it in 33:53... My goal was under 35 minutes and I was hoping for under 34, so I beat both those times! Next up... training to run the entire thing!

Today, I wanted to see if I could run a full mile without stopping... and I did! It took just over 9 minutes and I felt like I could've kept going, but I slowed down to a walk because I didn't want to push myself too hard before my upcoming 5K on Saturday. Still, I'm excited about it and will work towards longer non-stop runs after the 5K this weekend [in which I plan on doing run/walk intervals].I've been doing 5K training for the last 2 months now but I've been doing interval training and wasn't sure I could run more than 4 minutes at a time without walking breaks. But now I know that I can!

I could barely run for 30 seconds two months ago, so I'm really happy about this!

Challenge yourself every day to do better and be better.
