Congrats!! It's so much easier to burn more calories when we're having fun and don't realize all the work we're doing =]

Switching up your routine was definitely a great idea! I hope that helps you get out of your plateau!!

Something else I tell people when they're plateauing...check your fitness setup. A lot of times we're either working out more or less than we have setup and then we're not eating the right amount of calories any more. Maybe you're burning more calories that you think and you need to increase you calorie intake. I find that I burn more than it says I should be burning for the amount of days that I plan to workout so I manually enter the # of calories at the bottom (I know this # from seeing it so many weeks before) and then it will change you calorie intake automatically =]

Good luck!! Keep having fun!!

I'm constantly searching for new people to help motivate me and for me to motivate back =]

So great when you find something new you enjoy! You might just find yourself with so much of a confidence boost from it that you try lots of new things! Great job!!

Lost 65lbs in 15 months to get healthy and in top shape to try to get pregnant, and succeeded! Had our first baby in February 2013!

I only gained 32lbs in my pregnancy (and immediately lost half within a few weeks of his birth). April 1st is my full restart date.

That is what matters finding something that works for you. That is great.

The rabbit lost the race, but the turtle won because he was slow and kept moving.

That's the secret right there my friend! When you enjoy your work-out, you can push more and feel so great after! I'm sure it will help you with the plateau!

Yesterday I discovered that I enjoy kickboxing. I did 14 mins yesturday and today I did 25. Tomorrow I may do the whole hour routine or at least 45 mins of it. I am really pleased I found a new excercise I like because it will help me get out of the plateau I've been in for a few weeks, plus, well, I actually hate it less than the excercises I was doing before I hit the plateau. So Good stuff! emoticonemoticon
