I started this morning - after a long period of stalled weight loss on a pre-packaged food program (800-1000 calories a day) - I decided to eat real food again and knew I needed some sort of accountability and an online nutrition tracker - so here I am on Sparkpeople!
Not only did I enjoy eating healthy real food, I hit all my nutrition goals, and I am not hungry!
I also went back to the gym after many months and I did a full strength training circuit and a full beginner's level interval training on the treadmill! Yay me!
I am looking forward to Day 2...
