Great job!!!!! In find that interval running gives my time a big boost and helps out my time tremendously. My goal is to get to 30 minutes but that will take the rest of the summer easily.

You 5K'rs are SO inspiring!! Wow - 33 minutes??? You SHOULD be yelling & jumping up and down. Flail your arms, too! : ) Congrats on a great accomplishment!

Me too! Just broke 35 minute personal best, doing 5K in 33:40!  For all of us!  Till we get to under 30 minutes. That's my goal. Good luck y'all, and congrats!
