My victory for the day was only eating until I felt full at each meal/snack. Even if it meant leaving food on my plate.

My small victory was achieved on the scale this morning. I am down 7 pounds and its looking like its starting to be consistant. I was actually shocked when I weighed in today. I re did it like 4 times to make sure it was reading right. I think my veggie garden in full swing is helping alot. Keeping busy at home at night helps too. (Plus the stress of a roommate has been removed since he moved out) Maybe I should say I have lost 287 pounds! ROFLMAO

The scale has been holding put for the past week, but today I'll celebrate the small things:

- Had to use a new notch on my belt this week

- Run in shorts for the first time without my thighs rubbing, lol
