Wow! Congrats!

Just do it! Congrats with the weight loss so far but really, you need to move that body, build some muscles to make sure you are not losing what you have.

You are doing awesome, great job!!

Lost 65lbs in 15 months to get healthy and in top shape to try to get pregnant, and succeeded! Had our first baby in February 2013!

I only gained 32lbs in my pregnancy (and immediately lost half within a few weeks of his birth). April 1st is my full restart date.

Started again on Kentucky Derby day (hey, it's a Louisville thing!)

Still have a ways to go to bigger (and by bigger I mean a smaller me) and better things but 34 lbs. in 6 weeks is a great start!

Lost the weight by keeping track of what I eat here on Spark and staying within those goals. Actually, with the fat, carbs, and calories, I have been below a lot of days. It has been a struggle at times and I know it won't be easy but I couldn't be happier with my results so far!

I haven't done workouts yet but I think I am going to start that next week. Looks like I am going to try a mix of P90x and Insanity. I don't really like working out but I am kind of looking forward to it.

My goal is to be down another 33 lbs. by the end of July...
