I have just started using Raspberry Ketone & Green Coffee Bean. 1 of each in the morning and 1 of each at lunchtime. My question is how long before i notice any results? How much extra weight do they help people use on average. I am doing the Slimming World diet and also using a vibration plate 2x daily for 10 minutes (supposed to be the same as doing an hour long workout at the gym)

I take the RK from Spring Valley, they are a 100 mg 2x's a day. Is this brand fine to take or should I try a different one? I also have been taking the Cinnamon Capsules, they are also suppose to help in weight loss. I have noticed a difference, but it could also be my diet and exercise program finally kicking in.
I am a little late on the craze also. I decided I am going to start them today as well as the Slim fast diet and exercise. People can't eat junk and expect these things to be a miracle worker. All the different brands I looked at say you need diet and exercise also.
I am going to buy the Phytogenix brand from Walgreens as it also has Green Tea which is supposed to be good for weight loss also.
I am a little late on picking up on the craze. Honestly, I have just started taking both raspberry ketones and green coffee bean. I have not taken them by the directions because I am afraid of the possible health risks. For example, I feel my blood pressure rise when I take them. The first afternoon I took 1 dose of the raspberry ketones. I felt excited and energetic, but the feeling also caused me to increased the amount I would normally eat. Oddly enough, I lost 2 pounds. The next day I took RK in the morning and the green coffee bean in the afternoon. I felt angry throughout the day. I think it was because of the increase in blood pressure and the fight or flight response. My eyes have been shaky; I think it is also a side effect of the increase in blood pressure. I have noticed that the green coffee bean suppressed my appetite to the point I finally ate within the targeted calorie range. I woke up this morning weighing 3/5 of a pound more.

I just started taking RK 6 days ago. I had been in plateau for about a month, wasn't making progress on losing belly fat, was getting discouraged because I'd been eating clean and working out. Thankfully I've lost 3 pounds in the last week, woohoo! My belly fat seems to be shrinking. In addition to taking RK, I've started the Insanity workout. I think the combo is working. I am really hoping to stay strong and persist in this routine. I'd like to stop taking the RK after about a month or two.

I just heard about RK on Dr. Oz. Just started taking them and I have lost a few pounds and I don't feel any different. I hope that I continue to lose weight, slow or fast doesn't matter to me. Just like the fact that the scale is moving downward. Don't give up.
I have been taking both the green coffee bean extract and the Rasberry Ketones, I have gained weight!!!! I have been on them both for a 3 weeks.... I am so upset.... I started at 149 and my weight has go up to 153!!!!!! 5 lb.gain... I have been working out of town for the last two weeks and have been eating out, but nothing crazy....subway subs, salads, boiled eggs, I have not been able to work out though, but from all the hype about both products it states -" lose weight with out changing your lifestyle". I also says that it can take up to 4 weeks before seeing results... Can anyone comment on how long they have been on it; how it took to see results? Maybe age is a factor I am 52.... what gives, ready to go to plastic surgeon and have tummy tuck and lypo! seriously.
I STARTED RK ON SAT. 6/2/12 I HAVE WEIGH IN SAT 6/9/12. I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THERES BEEN ANY CHANGE. I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT AND HIT A PLATUE FOR 3MOS. SO IM HOPING THIS WILL GIVE ME THE EXTRA BOOST I NEED TO GET OUT OF THIS 167 I'VE BEEN IN FOREVER. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED.
I have stopped taking them. I got to where I was not feeling so well in the afternoon. Drained and so forth. I quit and now I am back to myself. I do think it was the rk because I felt fine in the am and the pm. It was worth a shot.
I get mine off ebay. I take 2 a day and so does my sister. All I can say is our weight has started moving down again, where it was slowed for awhile. We both eat healthy and exercise, as you are supposed to even when taking the ketones. The only side effects for me is sometimes I get raspberry burps lol.

I started the raspberry ketones yesterday.It doesnt say how much to take on the bottle so i decideded to take 2 aday,,I know people that have lost weight with this .I hope it works for me any little bit will help
Cupy... try taking them after you eat or with a glass of skim milk.. Where are you getting yours? Everywhere I have tried to find them they seem to be sold out or don't carry them. I really would like a boost if they seem to really work. Glad you are doing well and continue to do so... we all you

I started taking the raspeberry ketones on Thursday. For the first time I can remember I came out of a weekend weighing less than going in. Hopefully they can give the boost I need to go with the eating right and exercising
glad you are doing well, i have been stalled for a while so maybe my body is just ready to shift some more weight. hard to tell since I do a lot more than RK. i have never exercised so much in my whole life.
has anyone tried the Raspberry Ketones? they are working for me I have lost nearly 5lb this week, it is not them alone but i think they are helping. woohoo. if you try them take them with a meal, they can cause some nasty indigestion.
