Way to go!! I just busted one myself. I weighed about the same for a month (or a little more.) Very frustrating. I was going along ... staying in my calorie range ... not doing anything differently than I had been doing since the beginning of the year and ... NOTHING. SHEESH! Anyway, it looks like the scale is FINALLY moving again. We rock for staying with the plan and not giving up. VICTORY IS OURS.

I did the same thing food wise, but I upped my cardio and strength training. I started slowly adding minutes and intensity slowly throughout the month, and today it paid off!
