Focus on the Positive steps you are taking towards better health! Be aware of what you are adding into your Life in nutrition, exercise, and learning. Set realistic goals, and plan on how you will achieve them. Think "slow & steady".....it will get you further than you think!
Definitely don't get caught up in "deprivation" "have to's", "can't's"---that's all negative thinking and will drag you down.
Remember this is a Journey, and like all travels, there are unexpected detours.... AND...unanticipated good things will happen!! Just keep on your road....
