Don't worry; at some point probably next week you'll likely see your weight drop 3 or more pounds all at once.

I have my period right now too and I'm up 5 lbs, but it will be gone in a week. I know it's frustrating but just hang in there. =)

Yeah, the bloating and the water retention whenever my menstrual cycle hits is a drag. My weight can shift as much as 5-7 pounds during the week.

Don't worry, these kinds of water weight fluctuations really are perfectly normal.

I gained 7 pounds from this period of water weight. So annoyed. Hoping it will continue to come off so far lost 3 pounds of it.
