When I get angry or frustrated, I often find that some vigorous exercise helps. I don't need to do it for a long time, just long enough to get my heart pumping and the endorphins rushing. Maybe 10-15 jumping jacks or a few trips up and down the stairs.
Taking deep breaths is a great plan!

This morning I'm tired and stressed, but I will not turn to eating as that will only satisfy my anger momentarily. I'm not even hungry. Food has just always been my go-to thing when I get upset. Instead, I'm on this computer... taking deep breaths, knowing that this too shall pass.
