When I get angry or frustrated, I often find that some vigorous exercise helps. I don't need to do it for a long time, just long enough to get my heart pumping and the endorphins rushing. Maybe 10-15 jumping jacks or a few trips up and down the stairs.
Taking deep breaths is a great plan!
