110 pounds is about 15 pounds underweight for your height (using the rough formula for women of 100 pounds for five feet, and five pounds for every inch after that.) I do hope you are not overdoing it.
I echo the previous poster. Make that appointment with your Dr and be checked out thoroughly, and ask for a referral to a Registered Dietitian to ensure that you are meeting all of your nutritional needs.
As far as exercise is concerned, 10 minute snatches of exercise is really great.
At 5'5" and 110 lbs, you are already underweight. You need to gain a few pounds, not lose more weight.
I am not sure what type of negative criticism or bullying is going on? Are people telling you that you need to lose weight or are they telling you that you need to gain weight? If anyone is telling you that you need to lose weight, they are absolutely giving you the wrong advice.
I think that it would be a good idea for you to visit your doctor and discuss your concerns regarding your weight with him/her. Your doctor can also give you a referral to a registered dietitian, who will be able to help you come up with a healthy eating plan that works for you.
I am 5'5, and I've had a lot of negative criticism, bullying, etc over the past few years. I do feel healthier. I am more fit, and even though my asmah keeps me from being able to run for long distances, it is nice to be able to sleep a little better and 'feel healthier'. I liked the suggestion for short workouts, even working in a 10 minute thing definitely helps!! Another thing I struggle with is keeping up with work, school (I'm a college student) and finding the time to work out and really pay attention to what I'm eating. Does anyone have any suggestions for that?

What kind of negative comments are you receiving ? If someone is criticizing your weight or how you look, that is their issue, not yours.
What's your current height ? If you're 5ft tall, 110 lbs would give you a BMI of 21.5. that would be a very healthy weight for your height. Even if you were less than 5 ft tall, you'd still be in a healthy weight range.
So, I wonder what sort of criticism you've been receiving to cause you to have such a negative image of yourself. Remember, there is more to good health than a number that stares at us from between our toes in the morning. If the scale isn't moving, let's look for other non scale victories.
Can you walk or run a mile faster than you could a month ago ? Can you walk up stairs without getting tired ? Can you carry more bags of groceries ? Do you have more energy ? Do you sleep better ? Do you get fewer colds ? How's your blood pressure ? Do you know that if your blood pressure has dropped in the past month, your doctor would be thrilled. Lowering your blood pressure is a BIG health benefit.
So, don't assume something is wrong because the scale isn't moving, but it could be that you may not really need to lose. You may be at a very healthy weight for your height.

Whatever you do, do not give up. Weight loss is a big challenge, but you can do it. Try getting one more 10 minute workout in sometime in your day. I find it helps me to not get the munchies and it helps also helps me sleep better. The less you have to lose, the harder it is to lose it. the key is to be consistent and know in your mind that you are in control and you can do it. I'll check in with you to see how you're doing each week. Hang in there.
